Solfe’s Corner

I have been contemplating writing a blog since 2019. I had been thinking of how I could connect to others and at the same time dedicate the blog to my mom, Anita. I reached out to several friends and colleagues as to what they thought of my blog idea and discussed different names. Finally as I traveled the last half of 2019, I passed through a small town called called Solferino, QRO. As we drove through the town which by the way its makeup of population is about 800 and they live very humble lives. As we watched the people, saw the homes and business it brought back so many memories for me when I visited my grandmother Felicita in Tampico, Tamaulipas. I always had so much fun and many fond memories. The humble scenery of Solferina made me realize that we all have a story to tell. We all have traveled to places that we connect and we can associate our upbringings. Which is why at that moment, I knew what I wanted to write about and how important it was to share and recognize the women and men in my life who have influenced me in many of my joyful moments and the trials and tribulations I’ve experienced.

I look forward to you joining me on this journey we call life and help me celebrate the wonderful people who make a difference in my world.
